Our primary mission is to actively manage Crossroads Village Apartments in a way that will continually enhance its value as a long-term investment for the Company, and to enhance its value for those who have chosen to live and work here.  We believe that the thoughtful, deliberate and prudent management of the property is a sound investment strategy, both in financial terms and in terms of maintaining the quality of life of our residents.

Crossroads Village Apartments is owned and managed by Hood Properties, LLC, with over 10 years experience in upgrading and renovating properties in the Kansas City Metro area.  Our manager has more than 10 years experience managing properties with 48 to 99 units.  Our maintenance staff is dedicated to providing prompt service, completing most service issues the same day reported.  All are committed to making our residents stay at Crossroads Village as enjoyable as possible.

 CRIME FREE MULTI-HOUSING PROGRAM

Crossroads Village is certified through the Crime Free Multi-Housing Program, a crime prevention program designed to reduce crime, drugs, and gang activity on apartment properties.  Both the owner and the manager have been certified through the program in resident screening procedures to insure rental to desirable residents, the monitoring of criminal activity, on-going security management monitoring and responding to criminal activity, and a commitment to working with the police in the prevention of gangs, drugs, and crime.
